• You must not be an employee, contractor, director, or immediate family member of an employee of 777ks or any affiliated operator, where such a restriction applies.
• You must register and maintain only one Account. Duplicate, joint, or shared Accounts are strictly prohibited.

When registering an Account, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information. You agree to update your Account information promptly if any details change. Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate Account suspension or termination.

You are solely responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your Account credentials, including your username and password.
• All activities conducted through your Account, whether authorised by you or not.
• Notifying 777ks immediately upon becoming aware of any actual or suspected unauthorised use of your Account.

777ks will never contact you by email, live chat, or telephone to request your full password. If you receive any such request purporting to be from 777ks, you should report it to our support team immediately.

Subject to your compliance with these Terms, 777ks grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for your personal, non-commercial informational and entertainment purposes only.

You agree that you will not, at any time:

• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the Platform, its servers, or any connected systems or networks.
• Transmit any material that is defamatory, offensive, fraudulent, misleading, or that infringes the intellectual property rights of any third party.
• Use automated tools, bots, scrapers, or other data extraction methods to access or collect information from the Platform without our prior written consent.
• Engage in any activity that disrupts, degrades, impairs, or interferes with the normal operation of the Platform.
• Impersonate any person or entity, or misrepresent your identity or affiliation with any person or entity.
• Engage in or facilitate money laundering, fraud, or any other financial crime through the Platform.

Any Content accessed through the Platform is for your personal, non-commercial use only. Reproduction, distribution, modification, or public display of Platform Content without prior written authorisation from 777ks is strictly prohibited.

777ks provides informational content referencing deposit and withdrawal methods commonly used by Pakistani users. The following payment references appear on this Platform for contextual and educational purposes only. Their inclusion does not imply endorsement of, affiliation with, or support of this Platform by any of the named providers:

Actual deposit and withdrawal methods, processing times, minimum and maximum transaction limits, and applicable fees are determined by the operator associated with your Account, and are subject to that operator's terms. All PKR amounts referenced in our guides (e.g., minimum deposit of PKR 1,000 or PKR 2,000) are illustrative examples and may not reflect current live terms.

777ks provides descriptions and educational explanations of bonus and promotional offers for informational purposes. Unless explicitly confirmed as current live offers by the relevant operator, all bonus figures, wagering requirements, minimum deposit thresholds, and expiry windows referenced on this Platform are illustrative examples only.

The following general conditions apply to bonus offers described on 777ks:

• Wagering Requirements: Bonuses are subject to a rollover requirement before withdrawal is permitted. Illustrative examples use figures such as 6× to 10× the bonus amount.
• Game Contribution: Not all games contribute equally toward meeting wagering requirements. Slots typically contribute 100%; live casino games may contribute 10%–20%. Refer to the operator's specific contribution table.
• Maximum Bet Restriction: A maximum bet limit (e.g., PKR 1,000 per spin or hand) typically applies while a bonus is active. Exceeding this limit may result in the bonus being voided.
• Bonus Expiry: Bonuses expire after a specified period (commonly 7, 14, or 30 days). Unmet wagering requirements upon expiry result in forfeiture of the bonus and any associated winnings.
• Maximum Cash-Out: Certain bonuses impose a cap on the maximum amount withdrawable from bonus-derived winnings. Illustrative examples reference caps such as PKR 25,000.
• One Bonus at a Time: Only one active bonus may typically apply to an Account at any given time unless the operator specifies otherwise.

The specific rules governing the placement of bets, live in-play wagering, sporting event coverage (including Pakistan cricket, PSL fixtures, ICC tournaments, T20 leagues, football markets, and UFC events), casino game play, and instant game mechanics are determined by the operator and its associated game providers, and are subject to their respective terms and rules.

777ks provides general educational guidance on the following topics as informational content:

• Sports betting formats including match winner, over/under, handicap, and accumulator/parlay bets.
• Live in-play betting mechanics and the significance of real-time odds movements.
• Casino game categories including live dealer tables, slots, instant games, and table games.
• Return to Player (RTP) percentages and house edge — presented as illustrative figures unless sourced from the operator.
• Slot volatility classifications: low, medium, and high — as contextual educational information.

All game outcomes on the operator's platform are determined by certified random number generator (RNG) technology or, in the case of live dealer games, by physical game mechanics under live supervision. 777ks makes no warranty or representation regarding game outcomes.

777ks is committed to promoting responsible gambling practices. Gambling is intended to be an entertaining activity, and we strongly encourage all users to approach it as such — within their means and within clear personal limits.

We advise all users to make use of the following responsible gambling tools available through the operator:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps to control spending (e.g., PKR 5,000/week).
• Loss Limits: Restrict the maximum amount you may lose within a defined period.
• Session Time Limits: Set automatic reminders or hard stops to manage the duration of play sessions.
• Reality Checks: Configure on-screen prompts that notify you of time elapsed during a session.
• Self-Exclusion: Voluntarily exclude yourself from the platform for a defined cooling-off period or indefinitely. Self-exclusion requests are processed promptly and should be used whenever gambling is causing distress.
• Account Closure: You may permanently close your Account at any time by contacting our support team.

If you believe gambling may be negatively affecting your wellbeing, finances, relationships, or mental health, we encourage you to seek assistance. Please review our dedicated Responsible Gambling page for further guidance and support resources.

777ks reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently terminate your Account and access to the Platform at any time, with or without notice, for any of the following reasons:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms.
• Suspected or confirmed fraudulent activity, including but not limited to bonus abuse, collusion, or use of automated wagering software.
• Failure to complete required KYC verification within a reasonable period.
• A valid self-exclusion request submitted by the Account holder or a legally authorised third party.
• Receipt of a valid court order, regulatory directive, or law enforcement instruction requiring Account restriction.
• Determination that the Account holder does not meet eligibility criteria, including minimum age requirements.

Upon termination, any pending bonuses or promotional credits will be forfeited. Any funds in your Account at the time of termination will be handled in accordance with the operator's published policies and applicable legal requirements.

You may close your Account voluntarily at any time by contacting our support team. Account closure requests are typically processed within 2 business days.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which 777ks is registered and licensed to operate. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of that jurisdiction.
